JBG SMITH outdoor spaces offer an urban escape for our tenants - the perfect place to bring your lunch or laptop, enjoy conversation with colleagues, or to find a peaceful moment for yourself. 
 

Locations: 

  •  area in front of 1225 and 1235 S. Clark Street includes table seating with metal chairs and
     cushioned couches
     
  •  Plaza level: includes table seating with chairs.  Games available to play include corn hole and
     a giant chess set.
